  2. For the pizza, the low fat mozzarella will have added sugar in it. If you wanted to be low carb veggie, go for normal fat mozzarella, with no added sugar.

  3. they look colorful. But I don't think the taste will be on par. Also one of the dishes literally adds 3 cups of potatoes and definitely not low carb.

  5. I tried the zucchini ravioli's tonight – did not work for me, the zucchini slices broke and weren't long enough for me to bend like in the video:( I ended up layering/building it up like a lasagna

  9. I struggled with keto too much, I just felt exhausted. We are supposed to enjoy the food we eat and with keto that's close to impossible. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it works great.

  10. If you ask me, keto is not for most people. It's just really difficult to adhere to and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.
