  1. I like that they all only use coconut oil. The seed oils is what I'm trying to get away from. That being said, the coconut oil is very high in sat fat.

    Thanks for the reviews.

  2. I’ve seen these and was curious to know whether they are good. I was hesitant to buy them since it’s a pretty large bag, but I’ll definitely give them a try after seeing this review 😊 Thank you!!!!

  3. I love coconut but can’t take spice… it would be neat to see you try to use one of these to bake with? Try it out for us to see if it works… I loved your ideas. The coconut one might make a good pie crust if you put it in the food processor for a minute, added sugar and melted butter?

  4. I made granola for the first time this weekend. I like putting it in yogurt but find store bought so expensive. It was so simple to make and tastes like the crunchy Nature Valley bars.

You could try a recipe for homemade: Microwave 6 TB natural peanut butter with 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) for approximately 30 seconds. Stir in a splash of vanilla along with 2 cups oats (quick or old fashioned), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool. Gently break into chunks (if there are big pieces). Store in air-tight container.

  5. Love the review we have thought I love the coconut until I heard nutmeg. I’m allergic so that ended any thoughts of buying it. I’ll try the maple. Thanks
