EVERY DAY GLUTEN FREE BREAD | Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Recipe

This recipe comes from Bob’s Red Mill. It’s what they call their Every Day Gluten Free Bread and it uses their gluten free all purpose baking flour. This is the flour they recommend for both fermented and unfermented baking recipes. It does not contain xanthan gum, so you must add it to recipes. Watch the making and baking of the bread and see what I thought of the recipe. Ingredients: 3 ⅓ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (453 g) 3 ½ tsp xanthan gum (10.5 g) ½ cup low-fat dry milk powder (76 g) ½ cup brown sugar lightly packed (76 g) 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast 1 tsp Salt 1 ½ cups water +2 tablespoons (390 ml) Warm, about 110°F ¼ cup oil (60 ml) 2 Eggs, large (100 g) Recipe: https://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes/how-to-make/everyday-bread-glutenfree/

  1. That looks great but I wish you would try vegan gluten free… I can't have gluten, eggs, milk, or sugar. It is tough, I need all the help I can get. 🙂

  2. I heard you say something about storing this on the counter, I was always told gluten free bread needs to be stored in frig or freezer.
