This recipe comes from Bob’s Red Mill. It’s what they call their Every Day Gluten Free Bread and it uses their gluten free all purpose baking flour. This is the flour they recommend for both fermented and unfermented baking recipes. It does not contain xanthan gum, so you must add it to recipes.
