  1. I am doing low carb so i tried 100 gm cabbage with 100 gm paneer to make kabab n for binder i add 20 gm of oats power followed by green chillies n masalas.. N it is yumm 😋

  2. i love this recipe but the nett carbs can't be right. From checking around on the internet, i get this:
    Am I doing something wrong? I deducted fiber from total carbs to get nett carbs. ie Carbs – fibre = nett carbs

    1 medium sized cabbage 29.77

    1 tbsp ghee for seasoning 0

    1 tsp ginger powder 1.07

    2 tbsp finely chopped garlic salt to taste 2.58

    1 and half tsp pepper powder 1.24

    a pinch of turmeric powder say 1 g 0.45

    1/4 tsp garam masala say 1.5g 0.4

    1/2 tsp red chilly powder 1.16

    3 whole eggs , large 1.16

    1 handful of almond coarsely ground say 30g 2.42

    ghee for frying say 1 cup 0

    TOTAL NETT CARBS 40.25

    If 14 servings, NETT CARBS per serving is 2.875

    still a great recipe, but need to watch your consumption, maybe eat 2 and save the rest for later.

  3. NICE! I never thought about replacing the potato in potato pancakes with cabbage. I have been on KETO for a year and a half. Obviously you can season and flavor it any way you like. So we just need the eggs and almond flour to bind and add in whatever herds and spices correct? I have never used almond flour or coconut flour. Are they they best binders or are there any other low carb products that are wheat flour substitutes that we can use?????

  4. If you want to lose fat, you shouldn't compromise your well-being with the keto diet. I recommend getting a personalized diet. I've had great success with the Agoge diet for example.

  5. My own experience suggests that the ketogenic diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to adhere to and be healthy. Agoge diet is a good option, I lost a lot of belly fat.
