  1. You are just an idiot – trying to mislead people with your understanding of Keto. What you are explaining is NOT Keto. One simple example – Adding of Atta Flour — STOP This crap.

  2. If it is so easy to lose weight in one week, then why dieticians, nutrionists still exist? Losing so much weight in few days is not at all healthy way. We should not skip any meals. Just eat home food, in small quantities at regular intervals, avoid deep fried and sugary items. And minimum 30 mts walking daily or gym work out. If still dont lose weight, better contact dietician, they will advise good diet as per our health and body condition.

  3. She’s basically marketing different products through affiliate marketing and making a profit. I doubt any of these really help!!
