  2. I'm on the Agoge diet and I feel GREAT. I shit my brains out every 4 hours and the fainting is a nuisance, but that doesn't matter. Agoge diet. Try it.

  3. People should stop promoting keto, it's not a diet anyone should adhere to without doctor supervision. Everyone should eat a diverse diet and that includes carbohydrates. For me, the Agoge diet plan worked wonders, I no longer have visible cellulite and lost significant amounts of fat.

  4. I struggled with the keto diet too much, I just felt exhausted. We're supposed to enjoy the food we eat and with the keto diet that's close to impossible. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it works great.

  5. I'm not a quitter but I could not go through with the keto diet because it made me feel awful. I then tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.

  6. I sleep better. My moods are more regulated-not as excitable and angry. I can survive w/o eating refined carbs. And my clothes look and fit better on me. Plus more muscle retention with the higher protein intake.

    I'm no keto angel. I'll dip in to a slice of cake every now and then. I had my friend over for dinner and we had spaghetti and meatballs. And a burrito now and then. But I'm right back on it asap.

    I love the keto diet. I love finding recipes. I'm going to keep it going as long as I can

  7. Guys, burn fat does not have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  8. I had an uncle that smoked, drank and ate all the wrong foods in excess. He was grossly overweight and feeling poorly all the time. Then he started the keto diet. Four months after he started keto he suddenly died. He was hit by a bus. Just saying…..

Side effects of high carb, whole food plant based diet, clear skin, sustainable weight loss, increased energy, stronger immune system and very low rates of heart disease, cancer & diabetes.

  10. Gee… Celebrities and mainstream news… If those reliable folks do it, it must be safe! Yeah 😒 Go high carb plant based. Its not only the healthiest diet on Earth its FAR less restrictive, feels good knowing your $$ isn't going towards murdering BILLIONS of innocent animals and sealife, AND it's sustainable. Because its not a lose weight quick fad diet. Its a lifestyle. I've maintained my desired weight of 115lbs for the entire 5 yrs I've been high carb vegan.

    For years the US population has been receiving unproven nutritional science driven by greedy corporations. Whose only real concern is profit.
    The many years, all the flat out lies have lead to an epidemic state of obesity. We are the most unhealthy bunch of fat asses on the planet.
    Unhealthy "Carbs" as in Junk Sugar is the enemy. And always has been. Don't take anyone's word for it anymore, one way or the other.
    Take that garbage sugar shit out of your diet for at least a month and you will understand. I have never felt this good in my life. Ever.
    Like most I have lived a life of FOG. Now everything is just clear. My brain is clear, my skin is clear, I don't have heartburn anymore, I have zero anxiety. Which used to be a plague on my daily life. No more mood swings and great sleep. Finally, I just feel great. All the time. Don't take my word for it. Just try it. But get educated first. Keto works.

  13. She mentioned discipline in such a stern tone like it's a bad thing for anyone to develop. "part of the problem is keto is not a quick fix" not being a quick fix is a problem to you? Lol, you just want to indoctrinate dumb people smh

  14. So moral of the story keto is just a plate of meat. Thats it. No side dish? Thats a pretty plain diet. And to do it for one month?

  15. Those negative side effects only happen for a few days if at all, while your body transitions from using carbs as a fuel source, to fat. It's called the keto flu. With clean foods, ots of water and salt I never even experienced this. Been on Keto for over 2 months and I've never felt better. 40 pounds lighter and even stronger in the gym (after a slight decrease in strength the first 2 weeks while my body adapted to the change) . The new found mental clarity is also no joke. That's been my experience with Keto so far.

  16. It's really frustrating being a mother of a severely autistic son with epilepsy and reading about all the people trying to "lose weight" on Keto. I don't give a shit about weight loss. I'm interesting in my son having LESS seizures and being on LESS toxic medications that have forever been a flipping nightmare to manage for years. I just can't relate to anyone trying to lose weight on this diet. To me the most critical component of the research behind KETOGENIC diet is how the hell to help people stop having seizures. But, okay, I'm glad people are losing weight on this, but please try to understand how confusing it is for parents like me who are researching this so our children can have better seizure control.

  17. I wish you wouldn’t keep referring to celebrities. I have no idea what celebrities are eating. How would I even know? Reading gossip magazines or something? Who with a three-digit IQ even looks at those?

    Someone simply mentioned it to me when I once commented that I feel weaker instead of stronger after my morning cereal, and I went to read up on the biochemistry of it. I then tried it, and it worked perfectly, although it is a bit hard to stick with since it’s a boring diet. I would rather be eating lots of grains and fruit.

    Celebrities and ‘trendiness’ don’t come into it.
