  3. I really enjoyed the dosai (much more than the keto torilla/naan)! The texture is on point without a crazy amount of cheese, and it's so simple to make – 2 tbsp each of the 3 main ingredient : almond flour, mozarella, liquid. What can be more fuss free and delicious?! I'm making it again in a minute as a shell for chicken mayo and spinach with many dashes of crushed red pepper!
