I LOVE this channel. I used your keto calculator and have my suggested macro guide. The suggestion was 20g of carbohydrates, but I am unsure how to navigate carbs vs net carbs. Is there a limit on total carbs when net carbs are keto at 20?
I just found your channel and I’m so grateful! I’ve found that I’ve become hypoglycemic often recently, it’s been going on for a year or so and because of symptoms I’ve been having I decided to wear a glucose tracker, it’s my 3-4 day now and the results surprised me, this morning I woke up not feeling right as I have before, so I checked my levels and they were to low to read! I’ve decided it give Keto a try and this channel has been so helpful to understand why it should help me! I plan on starting and doing my best with dinner tonight and it will be interesting to see how this diet plays into my glucose readings! Im excited about this journey, I’ve never eaten like this before!
1,500 calories?!
Keeping it simple!!
What is this background music?
THANK YOU so much for this channel!!!
The problem I have is, I have a desk job 10 hours a day but lift weights for 1-2 hours a day. So, I don't ever know how I list my activity level.
THANK YOU!! Great video and the Keto Calculator is whats up👍🏽💯🙌🏽
Super🙆
great!
I’ve used six different online macro calculators and each one gave me different macros🤦♂️. Fat grams anywhere from 120g to 210grams🙄
what should i do when i build muscels and i need a lot of protein, isnt bad for Keto?
Nice
Nice
Excellent explanation!
What if you don't weigh yourself?
Can’t find calculator!!!
Isnt grams of protein supposed to be lower than your grams of fat?
From someone who has lost over 70 lbs with Keto, I would tell anyone, if you are looking for a "diet" you are wasting your time. Statistics show that 95% of all people on a "diet" gain all the weight back plus more. However, if you are looking for a lifestyle change, and are serious about improving your health, eliminating (yes I said eliminating) your diabetes, fatty liver, and so many other health risks, I can say the Keto lifestyle is fabulous.
👍🏻
Yes
I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called *Agoge Diet*. I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.
I went into the calculator and its asking me what my numbers are? WTF Asking how many carbs I want to consume, I don’t know YOU tell me your the calculator!! 🤨
I had an Inbody scan and it said I have a 50% bodyfat percentage. I then did the navy tape measure method and it said that I have a 72% bodyfat percentage. Which one should I go by and use in the keto calculator?
humble
Please ditch the music. It's too loud and not at all necessary.
Question. Your macro Calculator doesn't give me the standard 75/20/5% breakdown. What it calculated for me was 60/35/5%. Should go for if? It decreased my fat and increased my protein by 15% for both.
Thanks for getting the word out! 👍
Thank you for keeping it straightforward
How to get fat
I've read an article that says the amount of calories in a specific ingredient changes according to the cooking method you use.
How do I know how many calories are in a food after cooking it?
Just an example: let's say I make a burger and melt some cheese on the top of it, I know how many calories are in the cheese raw, but how do i know the amount that it has after melted?
My fitness pal app helps me keep track. I just needed to know the percentages! Thanks this was very helpful!
I used this calculator and it suggested me to take:
103g of fat/49g of protein/20g of carbs
The problem is that doesn't give 75% fat/ 25% protein and 5% of carbs as it should be in a ketogenic diet
