CHIA SEED PUDDING: •2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. •1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes •1 tsp pure vanilla extract. • 1/3 cup chia seeds • stevia to taste *Add chia seeds, nut milks, vanilla and stevia to a glass jar, shake and place in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours. Remove when ready to eat and top with coconut flakes SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE: •1/2 banana (frozen) •unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk •1-2 tsp spirulina •vanilla (optional) *add all ingredients to blender and blend TEMPEH BOWL: •Tempeh •Clean tomato sauce (low/sodium free) •Parmilla vegan cheese •Nutritional yeast •Chia Seeds (optional) •All non-starchy vegetables – zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, etc. *Dice tempeh into cubes or slices and cook in pan with tomato sauce and vegetables of your choice. Once the vegetables are cooked, mix in the vegan cheese and nutritional yeast.   3. I bought maca some time ago but it tastes just awful. Any tricks? When I add even a tbspoon to a smoothie it ruins everything:D
    Maybe it goes well with some particular tastes?

  4. This is OK for a while. Perhaps a month. Then back to a natural human diet. Species specific. High carbs, low fat and protien. Our bodies need carbs. But simple carbs. Bannanas ARE OK. Lol. As r mangoes, persimmon ions. Dates and raisans kept VERY low. But loads of greens. Organic nuts seeds and butters. Some vegetables too.

    Best to eat 2 meals a day. NO snacking. And go for the calorie puch in your first meal. Around 11am to 1pm.

    Secknd is the greens, veg and lower fruit sugars. But good protein

  5. LOL Thanks but come-on that can’t be all you eat in a day ! A handful of seeds, avocado, and a algae drink looks like starvation diet ! I am sure birds eat more.

  6. So, I'm kinda confused. I just got bloodwork back that says I have high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and prediabetic. They recommended reducing fat and carbs and sodium. I am vegan and thought I had a pretty healthy diet, although I have always struggled with keeping my weight down. This has been an ongoing issue for 35 years. I am at a loss for what to do. Some doctors seem to recommend keto for lowering triglycerides, but my doctor said to lower fat for cholesterol. I don't know what to do.

  8. LOVE this channel!!! I see all these horrific meals that are HORRIBLE for the body!!! meat, dairy are VERY acidic and the body tries to compensate by breaking down your bones to balance your body and make it more alkaline!! AKA OSTEOPEROSIS! Pork, also, is the LEADING disease causing food! These diets are so bad! Im so glad i found this channel! I've been wanting to do this Keto diet as I have Hashimotos and even though I eat fairly healthy, i have gained a ton of weight in the last few years. Going to rev up my metabolism and try this!

  9. i dont understand something….im looking at nutrition facts for tofu, vegan, and cashews. cashews and tempeh are really high in carbs, tofu is super low….i dont understand what youre talking about

  10. You know what would be nice … If I could find one channle that would guide me on my path to Vegan Keto using products that are readily available in my local grocery store. It seems like most cooking shows (and not just vegan) use lots of ingredients that most of us rural folks cannot find at our local grocery stores.
