  1. I love wheat germ. I put it in pretty much everything. But be prepared to be popcorn farting all over the place, pretty much 24 hours a day. I’m probably taking too much, but there’s no such thing as too much wheat germ in my opinion. It’s just so good for you. The keto people are really missing out.

  4. Great product. Is the wheat germ exposed to a high temperature during the processing phase? If so, I'm just concerned if some of the nutrients are destroyed.

  5. I'm not allergic to gluten, I'm allergic to xanthan gum. Its a thickening agent made from mold. Its in salad dressings, tortillas, all kinds of things. It makes you feel terrible and even causes dandruff and itchy scalp within three days of eating products with it in it. Its used as a gluten replacement, crazy.
